Your application will be carefully considered by the Selection Committee over the course of the next few weeks.

• If your historic car is selected as one of the participating vehicles, you will receive an email with further event details.
• If your historic car is not selected, an information email to this effect will be sent to you

Please note that applications without specific history and photographs cannot be considered by our Selection Committee, they are required for the assessment process.

Consent for the use of photographs for marketing and promotional purposes
We may use the photographs and history provided to market the event to prospective guests, therefore, please check the relevant box below to confirm you are happy for us to do so.

I wish to enter this year's Concours d'Elégance Sydney and confirm I have read and understand the obligations of entry.

• Cars must be driven onto the Concours area.
• No “For Sale” signs, displays, photographs, advertising or illustrations are allowed.

• Entrants should be available when the class that they are competing in is being judged to provide access to their vehicle(s). Announcements will be made to give warning of the judges’ progress through the classes.
• Entrants should also be available in the event the judges need to revisit a vehicle. However, entrants should at no time approach a judge during judging, nor interrupt the judging process, which is being conducted to a tight schedule.
• Entrants should stand well clear of their vehicle(s) whilst being judged, unless asked otherwise by a judge. It is an Entrant’s responsibility to make his/her vehicle(s) available for judging and to remove any valuables and items from the vehicle(s).
• The decision of the judges is final and no discussion will be entered into.
• All judging should be completed by 1.00pm on the event day, which will allow entrants time to view the display.

I hereby release Concours d’Elegance Sydney as well as its directors and volunteers that organise Concours d'Elégance from any and all liability arising out of Concours d'Elégance Sydney 2019.

I warrant that I have subscribed to a Private Liability Insurance including damages for myself and for the vehicles that I choose to enter in Concours d'Elégance Sydney.

I authorise Concours d’Elegance Sydney to use and publish the information and images sent with this application, as well as using for private or commercial use all and any photos or videos recorded during the Concours d'Elégance Sydney 2019.

I authorise Concours d’Elegance Sydney to keep me informed of any updates regarding my entry and to send me an annual event brochure.
